The True Face of American Unions

A sleeping sanitation worker in Queens.

This is how tax dollar funded unions spend your money. They sponge up generous pensions, perks, and benefits. They enjoy generous vacation and time-off plans, with job security through seniority and tenure; all in exchange for their half-assed, and lackadaisical work ethic.

If private companies operated under the same standards of excellence demanded by Federal, State, County and Municipal bureaucracies and unions, private companies would go belly up.

This is outrageous!

Perhaps it's time the American public demands that the unions place more emphasis on the quality of work they provide, rather than the quantity of benefits they can steal, for the minimal possible work output.
